Text of Decree-Law No. 91 of 8 August 2013 (published in the Official Gazette \u2013 General Series \u2013 No. 186 of 9 August 2013), coordinated with the conversion law of 7 October 2013, No. 112 (in the same Official Gazette, p. 1), concerning: “Urgent provisions for the protection, promotion, and revival of cultural heritage, cultural activities, and tourism.” (13A08109) (Official Gazette No. 236 of 8-10-2013) In force as of: 8-10-2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art. 9<\/strong>
Urgent provisions to ensure transparency, simplification, and effectiveness in the system of public funding for the performing arts and cinema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Performing arts bodies and organizations funded through the Fondo Unico dello Spettacolo (Unified Performing Arts Fund), established under Law No. 163 of 30 April 1985, or under Law No. 662 of 23 December 1996, as amended, shall publish and keep updated the following information regarding holders of senior administrative and artistic positions and executive appointments, however conferred, as well as consultancy or collaboration engagements:
    a) details of the act conferring the appointment;
    b) the curriculum vitae;
    c) compensation, however denominated, relating to the employment, consultancy, or collaboration relationship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The information referred to in paragraph 2 shall be published by the bodies and organizations by 31 January of each year and shall in any case be updated thereafter. No sums may be disbursed to the above-mentioned parties, on any grounds, until confirmation of compliance or of the update has been communicated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
