The theatre is our labyrinth! Through chairs and armchairs runs a colored thread \u2014 an ancient story comes to life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Theseus, a young and adventurous king, seeks a monster with yellow horns and green legs. It is the Minotaur, who, when hungry, dances the tango. But sometimes monsters\u2026 are not what they seem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ariadne, his sister, lives inside a ball of light. She knows how to knit, and when she is in love, she weaves a thousand colored threads. Between sweaters, hats, and coats, Ariadne and Theseus weave their love \u2014 as long as a summer storm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ariadne closes the MITICA trilogy, conceived by Marta Bevilacqua for younger generations: a journey of research into the body and mythological themes, observed through the lens of contemporaneity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following Morfeo_il mio sonno \u00e8 una danza (2019) and Icaro e Dedalo_ovvero non sono un angelo (2021), I mille fili di Arianna (2022) brings to the stage two dancers, three characters, and many threads \u2014 for countless are the connections this ancient story still holds with the present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
