Indefinito-Atto II is the “restaging” of the first work born ten years ago from the collaboration between Arearea (Roberto Cocconi and Luca Zampar), Maria Elisabetta Novello, and Martina Bertoni.

In this temporal space between Act I and Act II of Indefinito, the collaboration between Arearea and Maria Elisabetta Novello gave rise to two further Actions — Sursum Corda and Ciò che resta del fuoco — works that determined the very evolution of Indefinito.

The common denominator of the works created over these years is undoubtedly the inevitable enactment of an action aimed each time at revealing the unspeakable. In Sursum Corda, sought in the pulsating rhythm of the heart that unceasingly marks the rhythm of life; in Ciò che resta del fuoco, through a reflection on the theme of fire — which burns and transforms all things; and in INDEFINITO, through the deconstruction of a fragile and ephemeral identity.

Indefinito-Atto II will once again see contemporary dance and art enter into relationship — this time together with the sounds of Walter Sguazzin. The floor installation made of ash — trace and testimony of a world, a body, and an unstable time in continuous mutation — will be disrupted and transformed by the passage of Roberto Cocconi and Luca Zampar, who will dance alongside the sonorities created live during the performance by Walter Sguazzin.
